My game keeps crashing nowadays when I use the latest version of the unlocker. #454

Hey guys,

My game tends to crash when I'm using this unlocker. More often, it crashes when I'm streaming the game to a platform like Twitch or Discord.

I've ran the game while streaming once without the unlocker and I didn't encounter a single crash.

Could someone help me resolve this issue?

Did you update your drivers

Hey @34736384 Yes, I've updated to the latest Nvidia drivers and also did a DDU clean install. Furthermore, I've clean installed Windows twice uptil this point and the problem still persists. Is there any way to check logs or locate the root cause here?

Any update on this issue? Still face a lot of stutters in-game and then a crash.

Unfortunately there's nothing much I can do. Since you said you reinstalled windows twice then that should rule out software issues. It could be hardware issues at this point

If you have an Intel 13 or 14th generation CPU, you may have a bad part and need to return it/RMA. Also, check for BIOS updates but more likely if you continue to have instability, you should contact Intel, if you have an affected Intel CPU.
