It works perfectly on the integrated RX 780m graphics but it doesn't work with the RTX 4070.
When I run the game with the 4070 and limit the fps to 48 from unlock it works but when I try to put it above 60 fps it doesn't go over 60... I repeat, with the RX 780m I can play at more than 60 fps but with the 4070 this happens to me. Thanks for reading and I look forward to your kind help.
Edit: I solved it by activating high performance mode from OMEN Hub Gaming. Even though the screen was always at 144hz that was the problem.
