Actually, it shouldn't be that the program doesn't access the game and therefore the game shouldn't really be of interest. Furthermore, you should have activated the auto exit function so that after playing it is also closed, which you probably don't have, otherwise inspect your system more precisely, you probably also have malware or etc. on it or another program has triggered this, such as hotkey programs or similar rgb sofdtware can sometimes trigger this, for example easy anti cheat triggers on Aorus RGB software.
and btw dont run genhsin and overwatch at the same time for secure.
I tried the launcher today and after loading GI, it says "Abornal data. Please uninstall the game and download it from the official channel"
@BlueStarBRS, if you look into the codebase - the function for making changes into memory-resident variables is only targeting processes that are either called "GenshinImpact.exe" (for the global version) or "YuanShen.exe" (for the Chinese version) so it is highly unlikely that this application has to do anything with getting your account banned.
What I would say instead is that the anti-cheat driver used by Overwatch might be so aggressive in its detection that it might actually look for any application that changes memory resident variables based on the patterns and hence, that might be the reason behind it. Here again, sorry to hear about your loss but thanks a bunch for the heads-up!
@34736384, I suggest closing this ticket but pinning it on the top to ensure that folks can stay warned should any issues of the same kind were to take place.
I don't think non-admin applications can access/control/read/scan the memory or functions of another program.

but you cant easy say dont scan other things if it needs to scan the entire ram (nothing is saved on one specific place jsut dont run it while you play other games.

just dont use tools in a game while your playing a other game with anti cheat.
as example i will never opening my GTA hacking toll or cheat engine while i playing COD MW2.
Hi, just updating back on this. After i contacted Blizzard support for like a third time they admitted they made a mistake and lifted my ban after it was apparently manually reviewed and deemed worthy of a permanent ban just days before. They told me very vaguely that whatever I was doing on my PC was triggered as suspicious by their system. I never ran the program at the same time as having anything else open so I just assume that their anti cheat looks through your programs and files even if they're not running.
The day after I set this up to run Genshin at 120fps I was permanently banned from Overwatch for cheating via the anti-cheat detecting a hacking program. I can only assume this was the cause as I installed nothing else and did nothing else to warrant such action. Also my appeal of the ban was rejected so I lost my account.
Maybe this tool wasn't the cause but I have nothing else that could be, so this is just a warning to others to be careful. Idk.
