Recombine group projects + solo actions #157

We want only one kind of project, which is essentially a solo action. The Group Projects component should be hidden. Solo actions should just be called "Projects" and should be re-shown.

Also, these projects need to be group-associable. A user should be able to link a project to his groups, by analogy to events and campaigns.
