An unexpected output in chromium 11

What's the problem?
I installed it, turned to the optional page and only to find no response for 
clicking any buttons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 4.0.7 on archlinux-i686

Please provide any additional information below.
I followed the steps in
http://blog.jkey.lu/the-extension-of-chrome-on-linux-about-download-assistant/ 
but there may be something wrong with the optional page.
