need Solenoid to move in and out #1

Create a new subsystem follow the Example Subsystem.

As a dev I want to be able to test the solenoid systems. I want to be able to press a button (A for example) and make the solenoid move out. I want to be able to retract the solenoid. This can be either when I release the button, or press a new button. (dev's choice) So that I can demonstrate the new subsystem to the rest of the team.
