This PR hides the predicted cases axis in the demo image used by README.md.
Some people were talking to me and were really upset by the predicted cases in our demo image (a few million).
Their bad for not actually reading what's written in the rest of the file, but since it's a demo image it shouldn't hurt to not show any numbers anyway.
