Changes for SMSgateway added

hi guys,

there are a few issues with this commit. They have to be fixed before I can accept the code. Most of them are bad coding/commit habits.

here comes the list:

• don't commit files that are dev environment specific. like IDEA. That includes all files in commit b2b14ba, all files that are in folder .idea/* in commit 27230b3.
• don't commit unused files, like pom.xml~
• don't comment out code and then commit it. MessagingForwarder.java, LogView.java
• in project.properties, target android version has to stay low, so we can run it on old phones
• LogView.java, javascript event should trigger webView, like line 174

Please fix those issues and resend the pull request.

The code commits don't follow git best practices (atomic, clean). I've integrated the code myself in the latest commits and will reject this pull request, as it can not be merged automatically anyway. Please form the repository again to continue work.
