Cut a new release please #73

Hi @38,

Would you be able to cut a new release of d4tools, pyd4, etc? @arq5x sorry to bug you, but any chance you can cut a release? I think some of the fixes are important enough to justify it.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I just updated both create.io and pypi release. Please let me know if you want bioconda release updated as well.

Thanks so much and Bioconda would be great if you have some time. Trying to get this into a pipeline that uses conda.
