remove Solaris TNF probes #2425

Issue Description

Solaris TNF probes are replaced by dtrace and deprecated since Solaris 10 and finaly removed in Solaris 11. https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E26505_01/html/E29493/fbdtw.html#glcmo So I guess it is fine to remove the TNF probes from source code.

since for other platform these probes are NOOPs you should remove them completely
