Description: Currently WebUI tests fail. There are known issues both in tests and the code. We should re-enable the tests back when we get to fix those issues.

Funny! I thought that you rather proposed to remove the WEBUI=1 variable from the tests workflows. But anyway it is fine for me ...

I considered it at first, then I realized the job would be still dispatched, but all tests would be skipped. So it would be just a waste of resources.
