Include ARM64 Builds #53

I've been testing out my PinePhone running Mobian (based on Debian). With how common ARM64/Aarch64 has become, it might be worth including builds for them with releases.

I couldn't get libdecsync to compile for aarch64 due to a file missing file the builder was trying to download, but beyond that, I don't see why the evolution plugin couldn't compile for aarch64. Evolution isn't the most friendly on mobian, but is currently the only option for anything not supported by GOA
