Add multi-platform support for the Shuffler #76

For the File Shuffler program, make it to run as multi-platform:

Compatible with Windows
Compatible with MacOS
Note: current version already run on Linux https://github.com/3C-SCSU/Avatar/tree/main/file-shuffler The new version of the program should automatically identify what is the Operating System it is currently running, and thus adapt accordingly.
