In Python - create a GUI for the Shuffler program: https://github.com/3C-SCSU/Avatar/tree/main/file-shuffler

Allow the program to run separately from the Avatar Main GUI;
In the Shuffler GUI, let the user to select where/or inform where is the current directory to shuffle the files.

Some functionalities are missing in this GUI version of the shuffle. Thus, in the current version based on the video demo, it is not approved for merging into the main repo.
