MS Word supports:

• inserting glTF (in glb format) models into the document
• rotating the inserted model by mouse
• choosing predefined views
• specifying model matrix
• specifying camera position
• choosing view options: top/bottom bevel, material and lighting options

MS Word does not support 3D model animation: the model is always static.

MS PowerPoint, in addition to all above, also supports animation: run / pause controls only.

Google Docs does not support glTF. At least I wasn't able to insert a .glb file into the Google document.

Google Drive supports opening glTF model via a 3rd party application: FBX, glTF, GLB 3D Viewer

A number of Display and Lighting options are supported, as well as the ability to start / stop animation and control the animation speed.
