Allow proteins to be in mol2 format #14

As PLANTS requires protein to be in mol2 format, it would be nice it the viewer supported that format.

Need to switch to ngl to be able to render proteins in mol2 format. See https://github.com/3D-e-Chem/molviewer-tsx/issues/4
