Replaced Java based nodes via server with Dynamic js nodes

Fixes #27

Functionality (new functionality is marked with *)

[x] Initial render shows molecules
[x] Selections, should replace hilite functionality
- [x] Enable publish selection toggle
- [x] Enable subscribe to selection toggle
- [x] Hide/show toggles should generate selection column on output port (*)
[x] Store state, like Pocket selection radius, when view is reopened it should be set to radius from before (*)
[x] The ngl canvas should be saveable as a PNG, but don't have stage instance to call makeimage and KNIME Dynamic JS node only support SVG format. (*)
[x] Workflow tests should use new node implementation and pass
[x] Molecule canvas should be expanded to full width/height when using in a component
