Allow pharmacophore types to hidden/shown #16

Using a toggle button in the legend.

React/redux part solved in https://github.com/3D-e-Chem/molviewer-tsx/tree/type-toggle-16, but ngl can not do selection inside shape objects so need to find alternative way inside ngl to render the pharmacophore so the different types can be toggled.
