Picking buildings does not always work #48

Seem to depends on viewing angle among other things.

106d22d08eebac2383e62500eaea1dab3b16bce4 implements a workaround for this issue. Meanwhile #60 addresses the underlying problem (tileset boundingVolumes incorrect).
