Port to regular 3DS? #1

(sorry if this isnt the right place to ask this, im new to github) On the Twitter page, it says "Only for New 3DS" or something along those lines. Would there be any way to make a version of the game for the regular 3DS?

It wouldn't be possible (well not yet) Anyway Old 3DS lacks power for PS1 Emulation Which is in this port and required
