Default homebrew logo.bin crashes on iQue 3DS #87

For some reason, the default homebrew logo included with makerom (the black screens with 'Homebrew' in the centre) causes a Chinese 3DS to crash when a CIA created with it is launched from the home menu. Other logos, like PabloMK7's homebrewlogo.bin, work fine.

Thanks for reporting the bug. I will try and replicate this issue by using a dev unit in CHN region.

You said PabloMK7 has a logo that doesn't crash. Is it this one: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-default-homebrew-custom-logo-bin.457611/

I'll do some testing and add it into the next version of makerom.
