Yes these look good @gnansai ! I think we should store the 1 material version as part of the street-props set. The 2 material version can be a standalone like the vehicles

Yes also merged as part of https://github.com/3DStreet/3dstreet-assets/commit/0fccb1e8c2826ec1edb4111a73706c2c98b7497d

Note there are 2 versions, for now I suggest we use the 1 material version in the street-props gltf
