ensure sea wall has faces on all 6 sides #76

Issue: I see holes in the seawall with 'waterfront' block, and holes in the compound wall with 'compound-wall' block

Why: right now the seawall glb just has faces on 2 sides (1 side and top).

In addition we need to add 4 more faces - on each cross-section side, on the back side, and the bottom.

why? therefore it will look better for users
