refactor: replaced stylus to scss files #365

hi @kfarr

To continue refactoring styles, the first step was migrating global files from stylus to scss. You can already check the changes.

I think the next task will involve isolating modules, adding variables, and incorporating icons for all scss components.

@rostyslavvnahornyi I did my best to "test by clicking around" and did a bunch of stuff in the app and it all seems to work as expected so merging into master.
