[Usability] remember the previously loaded street -- allow a user to resume editing when returning to the app #368

As a logged-in user editing a scene saved to 3DStreet Cloud, I'd like to resume editing that street again when I reload the application.

From user feedback:

It would be great if there were a user-friendly feature that allows us to save progress easily, ensuring we can come back to what we were working on without any hassle. Overall, looking forward to more exciting development on 3DStreet!

When reloading the app it will remember the last street you edited and load that?
