test version 1 with flask server #3

In theory, to launch it is enough to install the packages from requirements and then run simple-server.py. And also the 3dstreet server should be running on localhost:7001 with this branch: https://github.com/3DStreet/3dstreet/pull/366

I have removed the segment suggestion description for now so as not to create an empty wide segment, for some reason it is returned with a width greater than 0
