Fixes #92
4-channel textures can be assigned any combination of channels from EXR files
drop down channel selectors are not too wide
multiple textures can be assigned different channels from the same EXR file
all channel data is converted to float
correctness bug: loses precision for large integers (> 16M)
performance bug: bloats space for half-float format EXR (2x)
texture data is stored as float on the GPU (for preserving HDR and non-RGB data)
absent data (outside window or similar) is defaulted to NaN
texture file browser Images filter include *.exr
*.exr
search for default files for the dropdown includes *.exr
