Feature request parameter file provenance

Description a parameters only file should have a single line that contains the path/name of the fragment that it belongs with

Considered filename and/or folder name schemes

Result gets confused very quickly

done :+1: 2 comment lines, parent frag file and date + time reads/writes this for png frAg chunk as well could be used to load the frag before applying settings? or maybe ask the user first? just load settings and apply to currently active tab for now.
