Describe the bug
locked aspect ratio resizes window when values are larger but once large doesn't resize window to smaller size
window size and custom are "remembered" independantly
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
select Custom Size
select Locked Aspect
enter large value (as in typo)
Expected behavior
should retain aspect when Aspect Lock is enabled but should not exceed screen size
