Switch version in all the required places + A Python script to automatically make the version change in required places

• A Python script is included that takes two arguments (current version and new version) and updates the necessary changes across the project. It might not be perfect yet (for example, it does not recursively walk through directories and update files), but with caution, it can be useful and improve over time.
• Modified lib3mf version from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2 in the required places.
