Updated CT_Resources using sequence->choice. Update the schema in the markup. Added schema file. Removed word document version.

@jordig100 thinking about this more, i'm a little hesitant to have the schema in two places - both in the spec text and as a separate file. what would you think of linking to the file from the spec instead? i would also recommend removing the version number from the schema filename, as that will change over time and therefore break any incoming links (from the spec or from anywhere else) to the schema.

@pencerw let's have a single schema them in the markup. I'll remove the schema file.
