add hyperlinks to OPC #17

i believe this is what @jordig100 was suggesting in another issue - correct, Jordi?

I think this refers to hyperlink to the OPC spec. Right? While in another issue I was referring to hyperlinks inside to same core document. Is this the one you mean?

@jordig100 maybe I'm confused. In https://github.com/3MFConsortium/spec_core/issues/12 you wrote:

The section 6.2. Core Properties also refers to OPC for more information on metadata. We might want to refer to it as well.

What exactly were you suggesting there?

I was suggesting to point to a web document about OPC. However I can't find any, other than PDF or Book to buy, So let's drop this issue then.
