Do we need the disclaimer text? #4

The core spec contains a section that begins:

THESE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."...

If we need this section, it should probably be formatted as a standard disclaimer in the spec_resources repository. If we do not need this section, it should be deleted.

Regarding our discussions with the lawyers, I think we should keep that paragraph in every document we publish. But this would be actually great to ask the JointDevelopment Legal contact.
