Broken links in specification #46

The links in appendix C.2 Relationship Types on https://github.com/3MFConsortium/spec_core/blob/master/3MF%20Core%20Specification.md are broken and it is not obvious where the new location of the referenced specifications is.

Those relationship types are not links. They are namespace definitions as URI.
