add schema as a file in the repository #8

I do like this idea, but it seems that having duplicate information is bad. @jordig100 I take it from your changes that you would prefer the schema in the spec rather than as a standalone file?

I was trying to have all together in the same document as we had in current spec, so you might create a PDF from it and have it all.

Yes, totally understood. I'll close this issue - we can always reevaluate in the future.
