I can provide a configuration file for Visual Studio's extension called CodeMaid.
Describe alternatives you've considered
CodeMaid is available only for Visual Studio. There are many developers who also use Resharper or Rider. It might be useful to provide configuration files for those as well. But it's not needed as of now as I think CodeMaid will be more than sufficient 😊
