PDUI=NA #17

Hi, If the PDUI shows NA in a repeat or in a sample, what should I do? just delete this gene or replace NA with 0? 1658322891(1)

The developer previously addressed this question here: https://github.com/3UTR/DaPars2/issues/6

Since this is based on a coverage-issue, you would ultimately exclude the value from any cross-sample comparisons. Depending on your experimental setup, this might require removing that site from your comparison.
