Where is the "memory.efi" in this?

Simply drop memory.efi to pendrive then create folders in usb drive and paste bootx64.efi like this:

You need to compile yourself Calypso-EFI and you will get memory.efi. But you can download compiled version from link that is on the GitHub page and with that you don't need to follow these steps, just extract the archive to usb drive.

Now cheat is updated and link is removed, try to download new release and follow new usage instructions.
