Reorganization #13

Right now, everything is organized kind of messily. I've done three things in this pull request:

  1. Put ship and outfit files in a folder called "lupainian" and rename the files to match the way things are normally done for Endless Sky.
  2. Replaced our interesting .gitignore file with one that should actually work for everyone, all the time.
  3. Added the Izar Gunship to the shipyard "All Ships" as well. I'm not sure how many people besides me actually use the official all-content plugin, but since it looks like the other shipyard there is also for a different all-content plugin (maybe Omnis?) it's probably worth adding.

I would take out the Izar all together actually, We arent going to use that one for this specific group. We can make a new plugin for it specifically though.

That can probably be done in a separate PR. I'll just merge this now as it stands. This might cause merge conflicts in #11.
