Widget creation not possible with Typical13 (Input)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Widget selecting the Node and Typical13
2. No command to select(input) so I type the label
3. Cannot save because text box says " Command empty/not selected"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the app and framework are you using?
App Ver. 1.2.9
Framework Ver. 5.1

Please provide any additional information below, and use Label "App" if you
believe this is an App problem.

Since there are no commands available to be sent to de device, the widget can't 
control it and the widget creation itself is blocked.

This has been changed, should now be possible to create widgets even w/o 
commands
