Autosearch for Souliss gateway node

Actually SoulissApp use the discovery functional code only at startup and if 
there is no IP address configured.

SoulissApp should search for a gateway node every time that the configured IP 
address isn't recognized. This try should be available on WiFi or on 3G when 
VPN is connected.

If a new IP address is discovered, SoulissApp should replace it automatically 
along the Brodcast Discover option is enabled.

Since DHCP option has been introduced for Wiznet based boards, the Gateway IP 
address may change. An option to enable the automatic search if the gateway 
isn't reachable may also be used to avoid confusion.
