Souliss APP - Some issue with T19 #86

Example 1:
-Turn T19 On, and setup the slide at 75
-Open the app on other phone and open same typical. Slide is set to 0, and not 
to 75

Example 2:
-Open T19, turn On, and set hte intensity with + and - button. The slide, do 
not move with intensity change

The slide shoud be sync with real value setup on the board.
