[x] Docker image is now 1.6GB, that is fairly big. Why are we installing JDKs not JREs?
[x] Build stage, in the end we only need the launcher jar and the scripts, but currently the image contains the entire source

Feature in HeadlessMc to install Java versions on demand? Related to #110
