I've been almost ignorant of OSS licenses, and I've been using LLGPL for no obvious reason than others are using it and quicklisp requires some license. Also I've tagged lots of code as LLGPL while no copy of license is actually included in the software.
A bit of googling showed me that MIT is less stricter than BSD, which makes me feel easier. However, I have no particular taste and the choice of license is completely up to you.
