trouble while running cmd python3.7 get-pip.py #1195

I have some trouble with the cmd python3.7 get-pip.py. after entering this cmd I can only see pip installing however, in the video tutorial for installing manim the same cmd also collecting setuptools and wheel.

This is not related to Manim. It seems to be a python issue.

The tutorial's own comment section might be a good place to ask for help.
