One example is https://3b1b.github.io/manim/getting_started/example_scenes.html#openingmanimexample This example has been updated in the git repo (see https://github.com/3b1b/manim/blob/master/example_scenes.py) , so it would just need a copy paste, but other examples probably have similar problems.
