We've never actually been getting failure notifications for the hermetic tests, and it looks like they've actually been failing regularly for quite some time: https://github.com/3box/ceramic-tests/actions/workflows/hermetic.yml

Tests are passing now. It was a bug in ceramic-one that has now been fixed. However new releases where not being built so tests were running against old versions.
