Update of README and Paper, Introduction of new parameters for both command line tools. #12
This pull request greatly improves the README.md by adding more examples and further explanation of the parameter maps and their function as well as how the input data is generated.
In addition SLIXParameterGenerator now has a new option to change the target peak prominence when calling the program. This is only intended for expert users but might come handy when a measurements falls out of line and requires another threshold for the peak prominence.
