This PR adds/rearranges the UI options to set the dataset name, description and bounding box.
The options are available under "Preferences -> Export -> General":
Both the dataset name and description support tokens. The tokens are replaced with the following values:
row/column: If tiling is enabled, row and column are taken from the active tile. Otherwise both are set to 0.
minx/miny/maxx/maxy: If the option is enabled to calculate the BBOX for the entire dataset, the values are taken from this BBOX. Otherwise, they are set to 0.0
