Merge "Open with datatype conversion..." with "Open Raw..." option #37

In the File menu, there are the two entries "Open with datatype conversion..." and "Open Raw...".

These two basically do the same thing; but each of them has options the other doesn't: Open Raw has a preview on whether the entered dimensions and data type match the size of the chosen file; open with datatype conversion provides capabilities to preview the file and to convert it to a different datatype or scale its intensity range.

It would improve the user experience considerably if those were merged into a single option combining all those features.

The "Open with datatype conversion..." option was removed, the "Open Raw..." now includes a (faster) preview on slices and histogram.
